Credits power preset AI's heavy-lift automation: theme generation, accessibility fixes, typography suggestions, bulk updates. Each task has a transparent cost (e.g., Generate Theme = 25 credits). Your plan includes monthly credits that refresh automatically.
SSO is in development as a self-serve add-on for Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans. When it ships, you'll activate it from your org settings (no sales call required). We'll support major identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, etc.) via SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
Pricing will be $50/mo flat regardless of seat count, covering identity-provider infrastructure plus the auth surface on our side. You'll be able to cancel SSO at any time from billing, and your team will fall back to email login.

You can purchase credit packs on Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans. We'll notify you at 80% usage. If you hit the limit, automation tasks pause until credits refresh or you buy more. MCP queries and platform features continue working.
Pro includes 5 seats at $20/mo. Add seats anytime from billing for $4 each. There's no upper limit on Pro. If you grow past about 30 seats, Enterprise becomes the better economics, but the choice is yours.
Starter plans roll over up to 300 unused credits. Pro plans roll over up to 1,200. Enterprise rollover is negotiated. Purchased credits never expire.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets AI tools like Cursor and Claude access your design system. With 60+ tools, AI knows to use your presets instead of guessing. Setup takes 5 minutes.
Yes. Upgrade anytime with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date. Purchased credits transfer with you.
Both options live in Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active through the end of your current billing period either way.
Cancel
We hand off to Stripe's secure billing portal to confirm. After cancellation:
- Plan credits stop refreshing immediately.
- Rollover credits expire at the end of your billing period.
- Purchased credit packs never expire. They wait for you if you come back.
- API keys, MCP connections, and scheduled exports stop working at period end.
- Your design systems, components, and history stay accessible for 90 days, then we delete them unless you reactivate.
Pause
Email support@preset.ai for an unpaid pause of up to 90 days. We suspend billing and keep everything in place: credits, integrations, history. Resume anytime within the window without losing data.
Yes. Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We don't train AI on your data. Enterprise customers can request SOC 2 Type II documentation.
